Practices:

Between 2023 and 2025, José Manuel worked as an Assistant Electoral Trainer at the State Electoral Institute of Aguascalientes, actively participating in the municipal elections of District 18. In this role, he was in charge of training polling station officials, coordinating the logistics of the electoral process and promoting citizen participation, gaining experience in organizational work, effective communication and problem solving in high-pressure contexts.

Currently, she performs her professional service as an intern in the area of Labor Law, where she collaborates in the preparation of briefs, analysis of jurisprudence and attention to cases related to labor relations. This position has allowed her to strengthen her capacity for legal argumentation, her understanding of labor rights and her technical criteria in the field.

She was also part of the law firm Serafín & Asociados as an intern in law, where she collaborated in the drafting of legal documents, case analysis and support in legal proceedings. This experience consolidated her legal training, as well as her skills in drafting, legal research and teamwork.

Throughout his education, José Manuel has demonstrated a high level of leadership and student participation. He was president of the Alumni Society for the 2020-2021 term, where he stood out for his organizational, communication and representation skills for the student community. He has been recognized for his outstanding performance in public speaking, debate and decision making, skills that he has reinforced through his continuous participation in Model United Nations. In Model Panammun he has served as a delegate (2019), secretary of the General Assembly (2022), vice president of the OAS committee (2023 and 2024) and president of the General Assembly (2024), in addition to outstanding participation in Model Encimun in 2021. In 2025 he was selected as a member of the Universidad Panamericana's representative team in the Jessup Moot Court Competition, one of the world's most prestigious competitions in international law. These experiences have allowed him to develop key skills such as oral and written communication, team cooperation, legal writing, critical thinking, strategic planning, conflict resolution and time management.
