Daniela Alejandra Dávila Bugarín is a law student at Universidad Panamericana, currently part of the Corporate Immigration Law team, where she specializes in managing permits before immigration authorities and ensuring regulatory compliance for corporate and individual clients.

She also has a special interest in Intellectual Property and Copyright, areas in which she has worked on cases related to the protection of trademarks, designs, and creations. Her background in design has allowed her to develop skills such as creativity, attention to detail, and industry experience, competencies that complement her legal focus on intellectual property, trademarks, and contracts related to the creative industry. To strengthen her experience and specialization in these areas, she has enhanced her training through specialized courses.

Before joining the firm, she gained experience in the legal and administrative field while working at the Civil Registry of Aguascalientes, where she developed a deep understanding of legal procedures and administrative processes.

As a professional in training, she stands out for being responsible and proactive, qualities that allow her to approach each project with commitment and a strategic vision, providing efficient legal solutions.
