New Senate Initiative: Artificial Intelligence Training as a Business Obligation

On November 6, 2024, Senator Olga Patricia Sosa Ruiz, of the Morena Parliamentary Group, presented an initiative proposing to amend Articles 153-C and 153-K of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) to establish as an obligation of employers the training in competencies related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
