The Secretary of Finance of the State of San Luis Potosi published an extension for the filing of the tax return and payment of the Tax on Atmospheric Pollutant Gas Emissions for San Luis Potosi for the months of January and February 2025.
In this regard, through a press release, the head of the Secretariat informed that the payment corresponding to the months of January and February 2025 may be made until March 17, 2025.
This measure has its origin in the diverse requests of the industrial and productive sector of the State, since the entry into force of the tax generates the administrative processes and new tax obligations in environmental matters.
