Cindy Randolph Lamas holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and has a solid track record of more than five years of experience in the areas of family, civil, commercial, and, most recently, labor law. Her academic training, combined with her professional experience in both the public and private sectors, has enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Mexican legal system and a deep insight into the various approaches and needs that arise in each case.
During his tenure in the Judicial Branch of the State of Aguascalientes, she had the opportunity to participate in jurisdictional proceedings from an institutional perspective, which strengthened her legal judgment and her ability to objectively analyze legal disputes.
