Vega, Guerrero & Asociados is pleased to announce that our founding partners, Joaquín Vega and Oziel Guerrero, have successfully completed the Structural Issues in Law Firm Management Program, conducted by the renowned Fordham Law School. The program took place from January 2023 to May 2023 and included an in-person session in New York City.
The program provided participants with the opportunity to explore a variety of topics relevant to law firm management today. During the weekly sessions, subjects such as growth strategies, talent management, legal technology, financial administration, and compensation systems were addressed. The founding partners of Vega, Guerrero & Asociados took full advantage of this invaluable opportunity to exchange best practices and knowledge with colleagues from different countries, including Brazil, Spain, Japan, Colombia, the United States of America, Argentina, and Ecuador, among others.
The in-person session in New York City was particularly enriching, as it allowed Joaquín Vega, one of our founding partners, to serve as a moderator in the Compensation Systems working group. His outstanding participation reflects his expertise and knowledge in this field, as well as his contribution to the exchange of ideas in law firm management.
