Paulina is a Jr. Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice of Vega, Guerrero & Asociados. Among its main areas of expertise in the corporate practice is the advice to foreign investment companies in their incorporation processes in Mexico, their subsequent follow-up in corporate matters, and in some specific cases, in their dissolution and liquidation. On the other hand, in the M&A practice, Paulina has developed being involved in different stages of various projects in the practice.
