Andrea is an attorney with more than 18 years of experience, specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.

She assists domestic and foreign clients, from a wide variety of industries, in the establishment of operations in Mexico, as well as in all legal matters related to their daily operations, including the drafting and negotiation of all types of civil and commercial contracts.

She has also participated in several mergers and acquisitions transactions, coordinating legal audit teams and drafting and negotiating all documents related to the transactions.

In addition to her corporate practice, she has represented several companies in pre-merger merger notifications, as well as in investigations for alleged anti-competitive conduct and leniency programs.

She obtained her law degree from Universidad Panamericana, specializing in business corporations. Shee also holds a Master's Degree in Business Law from the same institution. Additionally, she has completed postgraduate studies in Competition Law and Contract Law. Andrea is also an English-Spanish translator certified by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City.
