César Armando López Martínez is a law graduate from the University of Guadalajara, specializing in Labor Law, with solid experience in litigation, preventive consulting, and regulatory compliance. Throughout his career, he has represented various companies before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and, more recently, before the new Labor Courts. He actively handles legal defense through the preparation of responses to lawsuits, participation in hearings, drafting of legal motions, and representation in pre-litigation conciliations. His strategic approach and employer-focused advocacy make him a key asset in managing and resolving labor disputes.

He provides comprehensive advisory services in hiring processes, drafting individual employment contracts, preparing administrative records, and managing employee terminations—including severance calculations, settlement agreements, and voluntary resignations. In addition, he has managed inspections from the Ministry of Labor (STPS), ensuring regulatory compliance, and has supported businesses in implementing labor reform obligations, including compliance with the REPSE registry through the preparation of specialized service contracts.

Complementing his labor law expertise, he has also gained experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts—such as lease, supply, consignment, and service agreements—and in corporate legal procedures, including the drafting of articles of incorporation, powers of attorney, and ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meeting minutes. He has also handled administrative procedures before authorities like the IMSS, IMPI, and local governments, responded to court orders related to alimony, and managed brand registration processes and vendor registration with government entities.

Currently, he is in the fourth semester of a Master's Degree in Tax and Administrative Law at Universidad Cuauhtémoc, Aguascalientes, which allows him to offer broader and more comprehensive legal counsel to businesses.
